Secure exercise system. The adjustable pull up bar no screws is designed with two locking systems. one for the horizontal bar and the other for support bar. The two-way support design double ensures user's safety. It will prevent the bar from falling during exercise.
High loading capacity. The horizontal bar is made of thickened heavy duty carbon steel tube. The four soft rubber pads on both sides increase friction greatly. High quality materials and special design makes the pull up bar load up to 600lbs.
Easy installation. You don't need any special tools for installation. First, confirm the safe distance for installation. Then, twist the two ends of the horizontal bar to a suitable distance. Tighten the horizontal bar. Third, install the support bars on both sides. Tighten the support retainer.
Note: Before you tighten the bars, please check the inserted liquid level to see wether the bar is parllel.
